Description
This Mid-Century Swedish rug has a shaded blue field with a central column of linked chocolate brown and dark-brown sharp lozenges flanked at each side by similarly colored part-lozenges, diagonal bands of polychrome smaller lozenges, in a shaded blue border with a single row of spaced polychrome lozenges on the length and similar double rows top and bottom. Signed by the weaving studio and master weaver, MMF for Märta Måås-Fjetterström and BN for Barbro Nilsson.
