George Nakashima for Widdicomb Queen Headboard in Oiled Black Walnut, 1958
Rare Queen-size headboard with sculptural horned ends, designed by George Nakashima for Widdicomb. Model 292 5, crafted in oiled American black walnut. Branded with Nakashima’s mark and retains both the original Widdicomb manufacturer’s label and model number stamp, linseed oil.
