French 19th Century Burl Walnut & Inlay Bibliotheque

    This is an absolute, show stopping French bibliotheque. It has mahogany and satinwood inlay on most all the surfaces gracing this piece; intricate designs across the top, down each side, displayed on the front of every shelf and door. This bookshelf is crowned with a beautiful molding and graced with carved appliques down the front facade. It is divided down the center with three adjustable, shallow shelves on each side. Followed by a locking, raised panel door with key and a single adjustable shelf behind the door on each side. The whole sits on a plinth base. See detail pictures for condition.
