Description
A good early chest on chest, molding to the top, waist, and base of this piece would indicate a country origin as they follow a late 17th- or very early 18th century style. The sycamore chevron inlay to the drawers add a nice decorative element. Handles appear to be replacements although the escutcheons are original.
