HERVE WAHLEN (b.1957)
A limited edition of magical sculpted sconces by French sculptor and master metal artist Hervé Wahlen.
The beautifully worked hand hammered copper forms are individually oxidized on the outer shell. The inner surface is lined with softly luminous hand applied 23K gold leaf to reflect the hidden light source and create a warmly glowing illumination. All aspects of these works are entirely created by the artist's hand; as a result each sconce is unique.
