Description
A beautiful Swedish sofa bench in the Gustavian style with carved griffins, hand-scraped to the original paint and newly upholstered in linen, circa 1880. Exquisite carved detail throughout. The back and seat frame feature bell flowers with rosettes on the leg posts. The front legs are adorned with lotus flowers.
