Rooted in the refined lineage of 20th-century European modernism, this armchair reflects the elegant restraint found in Scandinavian and Italian design of the mid-century era. The chair is built from solid wood, finished to reveal its fine grain and warm tone. The frame of this piece stands out through its gentle and balanced structure. The backrest leans gently for comfort and is framed by wooden slats. Similarly, the seat continues the look of the back. Both elements are plus, upholstered in a creamy, textured bouclé fabric. The arms are narrow and precise, floating lightly above the seat, and contrasting the fabric through their smoothness. Slender, tapering legs support the chair, while two stretchers connecting the front and back legs add strength without bulk. Details like the rounded feet, carefully cut angles, and soft look reveal an artisan’s eye for proportion.
