Description
A modern, exaggerated take on the classic Windsor chair, this iconic design from 1947, model JH550, is a fine example of Hans Wegner’s work. Best known by the name given it by fellow Danish designer Finn Juhl, the Peacock chair features a solid ash frame with contrasting teak armrests and a papercord seat. The extravagant sweep of the chair's rods flattens ergonomically to accommodate the shoulder blades of the sitter.
