Description
Depth: 59" || Creator: Henry William Batley || H. W. Batley attributed. An Anglo-Japanese ebonised chaise lounge or day bed. With an upholstered arm and seven incised fine turnings in a fan shape to the centre flanked by turned uprights with an upper turned finial to the end of the square and turned upright below. The curving buttoned back rest with an incised fan shaped detail to its base, stood on turned legs retaining the original brass and white ceramic castors. Ready for upholstery which our traditional upholsterer can carry out if required.
