Beautiful elegant shaped three-seat sofa model Paper Knife no. 121 designed by Kai Kristiansen and manufactured by Magnus Olesen, Denmark 1956. This sculpted sofa features a solid teak wooden frame and the cushions are upholstered with high-quality light blue wool fabric from The Ploeg. The sofa features the characteristic "paper knife" sculpted and organic armrests, turned and tapered legs and slatted backrests, which all add to the beauty of the design. Marked with a sticker underneath the seat.
The sofa is very comfortable and it is in fantastic condition; the wood is fully original and the fabric was renewed a few years ago. Iconic well-crafted Scandinavian lounge sofa of Mid Century. A real nice catch for any modern home, office or interior. -
