Kai Kristiansen designed the elegant Model 42 Chair for Schou Andersen in 1956. Also called the Z Chair in reference to its distinctive side silhouette, the chair features a solid teak frame with a curved, floating backrest that tilts for greater comfort. This set of six dining chairs were produced in the late 1950s.
