Description
Depth: 24.02" || An ebonised 'turner's' rocking chair, in the style of Philip Webb, with turned half wings and a re-rushed seat. The bobbin turned details of this chair are quite similar to the famous reclining armchair designed by Philip Webb in 1866. See Whiteway, Michael and Gere, Charlotte' Nineteenth-Century Design' London 1993.
