Description
A very fine George I walnut tallboy, of typical rectangular form with a wide base containing three graduated long drawers and a narrower upper section with three further long drawers and three short drawers below a shaped cornice, all raised on a plinth with an unusual ogee moulded rail and ogee feet, decorated throughout with book matched veneers of exceptional colour, original brass open plate handles. English, circa 1720.
