A unique and timeless vintage piece, this Aldo Tura mid-century commode feels imposing and glamourous. The varnished goatskin parchment, in rich shades of brown and dark brown, makes this chest of drawers typical of designer Aldo Tura. Its boxy style features ten drawers framed by brass, sitting on a brass base, typical of the late 1960s to 1970s flair. The warm, dappled colours of the piece allow it to seem cosy and glamorous, with its brass base. The back is also covered by lacquered goatskin, so it can be displayed as a centerpiece inside a dressing. This commode has been fully restored and repolished, and is found in a very good vintage condition. A very rare find, and a true timeless Mid-Century Italian beauty.
