Dutch unusual sideboard in wenge and white The Netherlands 1970
-
Description
Beautiful shaped sideboard by unknown designer in the style of Hans Gugelot and Martin Visser, The Netherlands 1960. This well-crafted symmetric sideboard is made of beautifully grained wenge supported by a bent plywood frame. It has two wide sliding doors in original white lacquered wood and they are both lockable with the original key. The doors feature nicely refined handles also in wenge. Behind the doors there are two white shelves which are adjustable in height. Its timeless beauty adds a touch of elegance to any home. Very nice clean and straight design that reflects the Danish modern design movement.
This sideboard is in excellent condition; the wenge is totally refinished with a high quality UV and water protective lacquer with preservation of authenticity. Also completely structural checked and ready to use. A real nice catch for any modern home, office or interior. -
