Description
Depth: 11.0" // This unusual 19th-century low cabinet is a distinctive form of Tibetan furniture known as a pegam or book chest. Used in the personal chambers of Tibetan monks or as an altar surface in mediation spaces, pegam cabinets are defined by their small scale, scalloped top railing and lavishly painted decoration.
