Description
This glossy varnished goatskin parchment, in rich shades of dark red, makes this beautiful coffee table typical of designer Aldo Tura. It was made in Italy in the late 1960s. This large coffee table would make a fascinating centerpiece for any living room. It’s been beautifully finished with a transparent lacquer for a smooth, glossy texture that exudes Italian chic. Despite its sharpness, the warm, rich and dappled burgundy red of the table allows it to seem cosy, rather than harsh. Fully restored and repolished, it’s found in a great vintage condition.
