Description
Lovely neoclassical Biedermeier demi-lune folding table or console table from South Germany, around 1820.
Restored condition. Cherry veneer and solid, hand polished with shellac (French polish).
The top can be folded out for a full round table. Therefore, the support leg that also works as a drawer, can be pull-out from the back. In between are two solid metal hinges.
Dimensions: H 75.5 (closed) / 73 cm (open) x W 97 cm x D 49 cm (closed) / 97 cm (open). -
