Description
Classic French Art Deco dressing table by Andre Frechet from 1924. This dressing table was presented by the designer at the Second Exhibition of Contemporary Decorative Arts held at the Pavillion de Marsan in Paris in 1924. It is pictured in Mobilier et Decoration d'Interieur 1924. It was sculpted by Malcles and is done in rosewood and exotic hardwoods and has a bronze pull. It is 48" wide x 20" deep x 57" high. Frechet was the director of the Ecole Boulle in Paris and was an influence on a great number of French 20th Century designers.
