    Classical Aubusson landscape with a castle in the background, a body of water running through the centre and two birds facing each other in the foreground. The whole surrounded by trees, plants and flowers. A later double plain border in dark brown and yellow ochre. Woven in wool with predominant brown and green colours.
    The tapestry is lined and in good condition.
    Aubusson, mid 18th century.
