Description
A Victorian burr walnut free standing pedestal desk by Druce & Co, of rectangular form with a later green leather inset top above three disguised frieze drawers, each pedestal containing three drawers, the reverse panelled, with a stile locking mechanism in each corner. With a paper label stating ‘From Druce & Co, Upholsterers, Cabinet Makers, etc. 68,69 & 58 Baker Street, Portman Square’. English, circa 1870.
