Bespoke Escher Inspired Italian Red Black White Smoked Murano Glass Satin Mirror

$ 9,250
  • Description
    An exceptional Murano glass creation, quite unique, entirely handmade in Italy with the fusion technique, the original decor inspired by Escher, representing a figure in ivory like cream glass climbing stairs in an optical graphic pattern that create a vertiginous perspective. Each geometric glass element, in opaline red, black, white glass and in transparent blown smoked glass is individually molded and cut separately, then assembled by hand one next after the other in a geometric organic pattern, like a mosaic, that is then fused at high temperature to complete the design which is then secured on the top of the mirror plate, to produce see-through reflections. The frame is in satin anodized aluminum and is 1 inch thick. A fun inspiring piece that definitely makes a statement and a conversation piece.
