A Magnificent Oil Painting "A Dainty Bit" A Young Woman With Lobster and Game, by Otto Meyer (German, 1839-1868)
Oil on canvas with original gilt-wood frame.
A truly magnificent quality painting and subject matter. This painting was featured in the 1873 magazine The Aldine and entitled A Dainty Bit.
Signed Otto Meyer and dated 1869 lower left.
Canvas: 42" high x 34" wide
Frame: 51" high x 41" wide
