Impressive and beautifully constructed coffee table designed by Team Form AG for by Ronald Schmitt, Switzerland 1974. This piece is made of a solid black Marquina marble base with white veins and displays a clear glass top. The thick oval glass top lays loose on the skewed cylindrical marble base only held in to place by a chromed metal lip, which gives this table his gravity defying look. This minimalistic designed coffee table shows an interesting contrast between the massive stone base and clear glass top.

The coffee table is in very good original condition, the thick glass top has some minor scratches and a tiny chip on the edge which is visible on the last photo. This design classic has such a dramatic profile and is sure to be a show stopper in any modern home, office or interior.
