Description
This east Caucasian Kellegi hosts a paneled light medium and dark blue and red field with five eight pointed "Lesghi stars" in cream green red and dark blue with attendant minor stars flowers and other small geometric devices .Colorful ivory border with slightly squared "Crab" palmettes with four bud "claws" each./Blue octagon and rosette minors. Good condition with macrame braided end weaves intact medium symmetric knotting and shorter-clipped pile. Natural dye palette with excellent range of blues.
