Offered for sale is a wonderful 1980s Murano glass vase that is hand -blown using the artistry of Venetian glassmakers using Scavo techniques. The classically formed double-handle vase features a stunning celadon finish with a slight ethereal sheen and subtle textures giving it an ancient feel. The Scavo technique, derived from the Italian word for "excavation," was developed to mimic the ancient patinas of archaeological artifacts.
