Unique sideboard created with a sculptural and hand-chiseled panel by the artist Victor Cerrato from the 70s, two closed storage spaces and an open central one, the three shelves are adjustable, handles and legs made of natural brass.

a careful craftsmanship work of art, sideboard composed of 2 closed storage spaces and an open central one,

the three shelves are adjustable, the contemporary details are the handles and legs made of natural brass that will immediately take on the vintage patina, characteristic of our pieces.

Sculptor and ceramist Victor (Vittorio) Cerrato, born in Cunico d’Asti (1917-2008) opened a ceramics workshop in the Valentino district of Turin in the post-World War II years.

Invited to the Italian Crafts Exhibition at the Brooklyn Museum in New York in 1950, he exhibited a sculpture depicting a female bust.

In the “Cerrato Ceramiche” workshop, he created unique pieces such as garden statues and fireplace mantels in glazed majolica, as well as small-scale decorative and utility ceramics, he also created sculptured and chiseled wood panels, as in this case.
