A highly unique and elegant grand scale Italian polished walnut shaped mirror attributed to Guglielmo Ulrich. The carved and molded frame supports the original glass plate which follows the shape of the outer wood frame. A stunning piece with graceful form highlighting the richness of the wood. With wood backing. Ulrich favored simple lines; lean silhouettes and graceful contours evidenced in this mirror, evoking streamlined Neoclassical forms. He created luxurious but practical furniture and home accessories that featured an emphasis on craftsmanship.
