The spines are faded to brown and display raised bands, bordering, floral panel detailing, and label lettering, all gilt-tooled and with flowers in red inlay. The top edges are gilded with watered silk doublures, endpapers, and floral gilt-tooled turn-ins. This edition is limited to 26 lettered and registered sets and 4 sets for presentation; this is a presentation copy. Illustrated with photogravure reproductions of paintings and sculptures. Published by The Colonial Co., Ltd. in New York, 1905.
