Victorian Art Nouveau sterling silver picture frame. Made by Charles Fox & Co. Ltd in London in 1899. Cast and open rectangular surround with leafing scrolls, flowerheads, and birds. At top scrolled cartouche (vacant). Mounted to velvet support. With beveled glass, silk lining, and hinged easel velvet support. Fully marked. Very good condition.
