FontanaArte is an Italian company founded in Milan (as Fontana Arte) in 1932 by Luigi Fontana and Giò Ponti and specializing in glass processing and the production of furnishing accessories. It is known for working with curved crystal and producing lighting fixtures, becoming a prominent name in Italian design over the years.
Here is a vertical oval photo frame designed by Max Ingrand and produced in 50s by Fontana Arte. The photo frame is composed of glass frame and brass structure to support its standing. It is really elegant and good looking, delicate and sinuous, good for many different situations and rooms, both for family portraits or lovers.
Good condition, fully original.
We strongly recommend a wooden crate in order to protect the glass part of the item.
