Description
Designed after the incredible work of Billy Joe McCarroll and David Gillespe, these doors are designed after the 'Heroic Sunburst' doors, which now fetch tens of thousands of dollars. These were custom-made by a professional fabricator for a very high-end client in Long Island, who we got these doors from. They feature a very similar atomized bronze finish overtop a wooden frame with a wooden interior. In fact, the build is very similar to examples of McCarroll and Gillespe, the only differences being the handles, which are larger and made of a different material, and the hardware, since these are sliding doors rather than hinged doors. Standing at a towering 10 feet tall, the look these give a room is positively majestic and optimistic.
In very good condition. Light general wear. Includes all necessary hardware for functional use. These doors are meant to be mounted to a ceiling with a 125 inch height. There is adjustment on the hardware on top of the doors, but not much. 48 inches wide each. -
