1930's French White Glass Bead and Zinc Memorial Crucifixes
-
Description
An incredible pair of 1930's French Memorial religious crucifixes, the body of each crucifix made of wood then covered in thousands of strung, hand made opaque glass beads, to the top of each there is a zinc scroll which reads INRI, and below this an effigy of Christ on the Cross. The ends of each crucifix are covered in paper, and we believe that these have never been displayed and are offered as they would have looked leaving the makers studio.
Incredibly detailed and decorative, to be sold only as a pair, price shown is for the pair of crucifix.
