of large scale, the shimmering crystal vase with lobed mouth tapering to the base; with acid etched signature 'Daum France' separated by the cross of Lorraine indicating early production pieces 1945-1950; Dating back to 1878, Daum is at the forefront of luxury crystal manufacture. Using rare and ancient techniques to create their iconic pieces, they specialise in the pâte de cristal process to form their instantly recognizable designs which have been celebrated for over a century
