George VI sterling silver box. Made by Garrard & Co. Ltd in London in 1947. Rectangular with straight engine-turned sides. Cover flat, tabbed, and hinged; top has geometric pattern with x-inset squares, rectangles, and crosses. Box interior cedar lined. Cover interior gilt washed. Fully marked including retailer’s stamp. Very good condition.

Dimensions: H 2 x W 6 1/2 x D 4 in. Gross weight: 16.3 troy ounces. #CB661
