Description
A Neolithic stone tool from Scandinavia, dating to circa 1900 BC. Axes were painstakingly shaped from beautiful Scandinavian flint. Their form is simple but elegant. This tool dates to the north-west European Neolithic, the period when societies across northern Europe began to adopt agriculture.
