PAIR OF FRENCH EMPIRE PERIOD MEDICI URNS
A pair of gilt bronze Medici urns with acanthus leaf bases.
Mounted on a gilt bronze plinth base decorated with a laurel leaf wreath in relief. France c.1815
There is a small dent to one of the bases. See last two photographs.

Origin: France Period: 19th Century Materials: Finely cast and incised Gilt bronze retaining the original mercury gilding Condition: Good. The gilding is a little worn in places and there is a small dent in the base of one.
