Description
French master ceramic artist Roger Capron ceramic rare ceramic vase titled Day and Night created in 1970 with Jean Derval. This form was often also created as a lamp. The vase is much more rare and a similar vase is pictured on p 105 in the monograph Roger Capron, Ceramiste by Pierre Staudenmeyer, editions Norma 2003 The face has wonderful touches of color in the cheeks and around the faces.
