Description
George V sterling silver playing cards box. Made by S. Blanckensee & Son in Birmingham in 1926. Pillar with hinged and tabbed cover and raised and spread base. Each side glazed and faced with royalty (one king, two queens, one jack). Box interior cedar lined. Underside wood-lined. Cover interior gilt. With three packs. Fully marked. Very good condition.
