Description
This south Caucasian Kellegi (long rug) shows four vertical bands in rust, abrashed pale blue, straw and powder, uniformly decorated by faceted meanders and geometric filler botehs. Cochineal red border with color sampler flowers. Karabagh is located between Kazak and Gendje, so such an attribution is reasonable. All wool construction, moderate weave. Good condition.
