    Or a giant bag-face. Red field with stepped octagonal navy medallion centralized by a stylized palmette cross. Navy-accented flowers and rosettes in the field. Ivory border with X curled at tips. Wool foundation, moderate weave. Rustic SW Persian work. Probably Arab work. Almost shaggy pile.
