Description
Tehran does Garrus! This central Persian, finely woven urban scatter shows a red field with a forked arabesque design in navy and straw. Various polychrome plants fill the defined reserves. Dark blue border with palmettes and slanted, slender leaves. Cotton foundation, meticulous execution. Tehran rugs were primarily aimed at the nouveau Persian upper classes in the Interwar period. Good condition.
