The Revival Period rugs woven by two generations of Mohtashams from 1880 to WWI with imported Manchester-spun Australian merino wool. Velvety texture. A few are in silk pile. Fine to very fine. Mostly medallion designs. Some directional/niche allovers and pictorials. Scatters to large carpets. Expensive to very expensive depending on condition.
