A vintage Turkish Flat-weave Mohair rug. Of goat wool rather than sheep’s wool, this nearly square nomadic cover displays a chocolate brown, plain field centered by a square of horizontal off white lines and end bordered by stripes in grey, black and camel. The handle is light and the technique is tapestry weave. Makes a great wall hanging or decorative throw.
