American sterling silver novelty tea infuser, ca 1920. In form of hanging lantern: Rectilinear with straight and pierced sides as is flat base. Cover hinged and pyramidal with loose-mounted chain for swinging around pot. Marked “Sterling”. Very good condition.

Dimensions (infuser only): H 2 1/4 x W 1 1/8 x D 1 1/8 in. Chain: L 5 7/8 in. Weight: 1 troy ounce. #CC406
