Victorian Classical sterling silver baby cup. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York, ca 1882. Tall and flared bowl; bellied band with repousse rinceaux and flowerhead band between molded borders. High-looping handle with applied gadroons; head and stylized leaf mounts. Raised foot with egg-and-dart rim. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, pattern no. 7244 (first produced in 1882), and director’s letter M (1873-91). Very good condition.
