Description | Art Deco WMF butter pate cheese Hors D'oeuvres dish, circa 1927. Unusual design with plunger handle to allow cover to remain open. Rectangular on bun supports, the twist and rattan style silver plate mount and cover allowing for a painted deco decorated pottery container. Base with beehive WMF mark, edge also stamped Wurttemberg and underside of container also marked 8 WMF Dec.2127. Condition: Container good, no chips or issues. Mount good, extreme minor wear, mentioned purely for accuracy purposes only. Measures: 6.25 x 4.50 x 7.00 inches (height). |
