    An incredibly detailed oil on canvas painting of a buddhist monk praying for the souls of the dead and summoning the angels to watch over them. Painted around the late 50's to early 60's in Italy. The textures and quality are all there with beautiful hues of color throughout. The color of the paint is a bit deeper and darker in contrast than in the photos, a wonderful piece. Signed by Augusta Jacktus. 25 x 34 unframed, 34 x 42 framed.
