Description
A modernist painting by Vietnamese artist Duc Nghia Phan. Phan's work is influenced by French Art Deco and modernism movement in Vietnam, yet his subject matter is always rooted in rural life. One of his reoccurred scenes is young children with buffalo and lotus flowers, a sweet and nostalgic memory from the artist's own childhood.
