A Farmerette on a Wheat Field Landscape Painting, Framed and Signed

    An exquisite landscape oil on canvas painting featuring a farmerette ( lady farmer) enjoying the open view of a fertile wheat field with the farm home in the background and mountain views. The colors of the painting are vibrant and the scenery is serene and poetic. The painting is after the French artist Gustave Camille Gaston Cariot ( 1872-1950 ). Cariot is a prominent French painter of the 19th and early 20th century best known for his Pointillist paintings.
    This beautiful painting is finely framed and matted in linen and is signed in the bottom right K.Avrant.
